James Tartaglia
I have listened to jazz only and endlessly since I discovered it aged 11. I have it down to Lester Young ('44), Sonny Rollins ('64), Albert Ayler ('66), and Ornette Coleman (anytime). I studied saxophone at Berklee College of Music in Boston USA under Blue Note recording artiste George Garzone, and have led a number of bands in a number of places, playing mainly my own compositions. In my writing and playing, I aim not only to express feelings, but also to represent situations and points of view.

So long as it swings.
